Introduction: AVP secretion disturbances in pituitary lesions usuall, present as AVP deficienc, due to compression of the posterior pituitary lobe. Excessive secretion of AVP (syndrome of inappropriate antidiuresis) (SIAD) is ver, uncommon in patients with pituitary tumor.
